The package came quickly. Sauna tent is easy to set up and it gets up to a decent temperature within 20 minutes of heating. I don't think you can fit more than 3 people comfortably on the bench all at once. Its narrow and feels a bit unsteady. I am disappointed with the size of the bench. Ours also have a crack on it so it doesn't help.
Edit: I had an issue with my order, and I was a little stressed about it. But the customer service team went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly. They responded to my inquiry within hours, explained the next steps clearly, and even followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I will be getting a replacement board from the customer service team. They also clarified that while the tent can fit 4 people comfortably, the bench does not. And there isn't enough space to place another company-made sauna bench inside the tent either. We ended up purchasing a few foldable wooden chairs from Costco to make it work. The sauna tent and stove are great and I would recommend it to anyone else! And the superb customer service is what makes this purchase experience 100x better than I expected!
Hey! Sorry to hear about the dissapointment! But thanks for sharing the picture. Small cracks, imperfections, and variation in the wood is normal and to be expected when using natural wood such as cedar. We understand it is also not clear enough that the bench is not suited for more than 3 people. Although the dimensions are listed clearly on the bench product page, we understand it may not be clear enough on other pages.
