We are absolutely confident that you will love your new outdoor sauna tent. In the rare event this is not the case, please reach out to allow us to do our best in resolving the issue.

If that is not possible, we will provide a full refund on products in the first 60 days after the original date of purchase.

We do not refund shipping charges on the original order or for return shipping costs.
