Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer several shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States:

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all US orders of $100 or more.
Canadian Shipping
We ship to Canada via UPS with rates calculated in real time at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL Express and UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Shipping Protection
We offer Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. We strongly recommend adding protection, especially for larger sauna equipment orders.
If you experience an issue with a protected shipment, please contact us directly and we'll work to resolve it quickly.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or via the link in your email.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
