We love this thing. Wish we bought it years ago. We went with the nova six and the xl stove. It’s incredible, the stove is a work of art. I built a cedar bench for $150. My wife and I look forward to it every night together. Best routine, awesome time to be together away from our phones. Incredible customer service. So glad we went with north shore over sweat tent and the others.

My experience in this tent setup beats the pants off any barrel I’ve been in—and I’ve been in the “premium” ones.

It’s spacious and I highly recommend the two-tier benches…only thing I would change is pins are cumbersome if setting up/taking down frequently. Gotta be a better way to secure them. But they are solid and the height of the second bench is a must-have, even if you wanna diy something.

I am so happy I purchased the Nova 6 sauna tent. It is well constructed and easy enough to set up and take down. I also love that it has plenty of space for a group of people or if I want to work out in the tent by myself. It maintains the heat and gives me a great sauna session. I would highly recommend this if somebody wants a sauna to move around in or for a group of people.

I absolutely can't recommend the North Shore tents enough. I have used this tent for an amazing sauna just about everywhere! From lakes in Minnesota to setting it up on the Oregon coast and cold plunging in the ocean, we have fully put this tent through the tests. It is also a great option to set up in the yard and enjoy daily sauna sessions.

The six person sauna seems like the right choice for Minnesota’s cold climate. In these troubling times it’s nice to get away from the TV and relax in a sauna. Easy to setup and use. I was able to get wood through a “buy nothing” Facebook site and added solar lights from night use.

We live in northern Michigan and it has been a very cold winter. Yesterday was -10 below. We heated up the stove and within 20 minutes was 190 degrees.

All around best sauna tent I have used! From the easy, quick set up that took about 10 minutes with 2 people (for tent set up and stove install), to the quality material, its been awesome! Fits 3-4 people comfortably, we have a 2 person cedar bench we built for it with plenty of room left over. Our thermometer reads between 180-210 degrees F consistently here in MN with temps between 32F and -20F. Wood burning stove takes about 15 min to get red hot and paired with the rock basket, gets great steam production.

I purchased the nova 6 tent in 2024 and sauna in it a couple of times a week in through fall, winter and spring in Maine. I’ve been in a lot of wood built saunas and the heat of the tent is comparable or better. The tent also has the portability element which has allowed me to set it up on some beautiful beaches. The ambiance is unique and more connected to the elements than traditional hard structures.

The sauna tent is one of my favorite purchases of 2025. It is super easy to put up and breakdown. Storage is great and it fits in the back of a F150 for easy transport.

The quality of heat is amazing, we reach 200+ often and temps have been in the single digits & teens. We use it about 3-4 times per week!

North Shore Sauna Tent Company has been exceptional from start to finish. Their customer service is outstanding — every question or concern I had was addressed promptly and with real care. The sauna tent itself works great and has quickly become the perfect staple in creating a fully portable contrast therapy experience on the lake. Reliable, well-designed, and supported by a fantastic team. Highly recommend.

I’ve had the Nova 6 for 9 months. Super easy to set up, and gets hot. I have set it up and taken it down less than 10 times. Just paid it off a few months ago, as this was no small Investment for me. Currently it’s unusable. One of the plates that holds the rods popped off and I’m trying to fix it and the legs came out of the sleeves. Maybe there’s a way to fix this but the poles or the tent is putting fiberglass slivers in my hands, so I’m certainly not going to try anymore. There’s also no way to know which pole goes in which sleeve. Waiting to see how customer service handles this. Super disappointed that my tent is unusable and my hands are in rough shape.

I puchased my North Shore Sauna Tent in the fall of last year and have used it 4-5 days per week for almost 6 months here in Tennessee. Overall I am very pleased with the Sauna, but there are a few things to mention that i'm not too happy about:

1) Yellowing of the plastic windows: After being in the sun for a few months the windows have completely yellowed out. I'm not sure if this is an inevitability but it's a real bummer.

2) The rain hood flap where the chimney pipe comes through got loose in the wind and melted partially onto the hot metal pipe. I wish there was a way to better tuck that away so that it doesn't come loose.

3) Holes in the tent: There are a couple of small pinholes that burned through the tent from hot embers. I wish the material was a bit more durable to prevent these holes form forming.

Overall it's a good sauna tent, but i'm not sure how many years it will last with as much use as I use it in the Fall, Winter, and early Spring.

This is the first sauna I’ve owned and I love it. I chose the Nova 6 medium pro bundle and from ordering to delivery to setup, this was a breeze. Setup of the tent itself took 10 minutes but the stove/heat guard took about an hour. I chose this size because I wanted the option to have more people in the tent or, if alone, more room to roam and stretch out.

Great packaging, directions and many cool features made this an easy decision.

One recommendation for the installation of the heat guard would be to have more clear instructions on removing existing screws prior to installation.

Everything I received is high quality. The tent fabric is thick and well fabricated. Tent poles are sturdy and setup took less than 5 minutes with one person. I'd like to add that this is the first higher dollar product that I've ordered using a veteran's discount where I received an undamaged product. I've bought fitness equipment and other expensive items from well known companies who offer a veteran's discount only to receive damaged or what appeared to be B-Stock items. This was not the case with North Shore Sauna. Everything received was in pristine condition. The stove cooks!!! The full cover rain fly is made to last. Thoroughly satisfied. Thank you!!!

My only regret ios not buying this sauna the day they went live for sale, i have used everyday since purchase the design is wonderful, the heat is hot and the loyly is pleantiful. After a brief mishap with the sauna cover due to bad luck and poor weather a section of pipe on my chimney was damaged. North shores team quickly rectified the situation. I have been referring people left and right to take charge of their health and start feeling the heat with this sauna. Why spend 4k on barrel which i almost did until i found this company.. Ive tried many saunas near-far (infared) the other guys tents and friends cedar barrels.. THIS TAKES THE WIN for price, portability HEAT and customer service there is no better choice!! If your on the fence buy it you will not regret it!

This gives an authentic sauna experience. The tent and stove are top notch in quality and features. The benches are fantastic and what really sets them apart. Collapsable, packable and customizable (in length) make them really work well. The 6 person is quite roomy and portable. Ask for a bare frame if you want a longer bench. Having grown up with fixed, wood fired saunas, this was a breeze to use and didn't disappoint in performance.

Works really well a good buy

I've been using this sauna tent for a few months now. My Fiancé and I love it. I've taken it up north, set it up by a lake, cut a hole in the lake for an ice bath and it was great! We were able to get it up tp 190°F when it was -10°F outside and keep it around a consistent 170°F.

The stove chimney pipes all fits inside the stove which is great for storing or transporting it. The chimney damper seems backwards to me. In my experience, if the damper is closed, the handle is horizontal in line with the damper inside. This damper is open when the handle is horizontal, which isn't a huge deal.

The heat shields seem like they would bend if you transported the stove with the heat shields on, so I remove at least one of the heat shields and lie the stove down with the attached heat shield facing up when transporting it. The heatshields are easy to remove, just don't lose the hex wrench. This whole setup is super easy to put up and take down.

I have had this sauna setup in my back yard for weeks at a time. As long as you stake the tent down and use the paracord to secure the 4 walls, it will be fine even in some very strong winds. I will probably buy some stakes that can thread into the ground, as the included metal stakes can bend a bit when being pounded into frozen ground.

I built my own 6' long cedar benches and foot rests and I could definitely fit another 4 or 5 foot long bench setup in there to facilitate more people. It's hard to capture in photos how roomy this tent really is!

I purchased a high temp rated LED strip light I power off of batteries for using the sauna at night that works great. If you keep the lights on the ground near the walls regular strip lights would be fine, as it wont get too hot right at the ground.

The rock basket is excellent for keeping water and essential oils from spilling right off the side of the stove.

I saw a video from the seller showing a VOC meter reading zero in the sauna tent at very high temperatures, which is some piece of mind you will not get from some cheap overseas made product. Overall I am very happy with this product, it's a personal zone of zen!
