The Unisex Sauna Shorts are made from 100% merino wool for ultimate comfort in and out of the sauna. Naturally breathable, odor resistant, moisture wicking, and quick-drying, these shorts are perfect for sauna sessions or relaxed everyday lounging.
A natural alternative to synthetic swim trunks, they allow your skin to breathe and help regulate body temperature—unlike typical synthetic options that trap heat and moisture in the sauna. Designed with a soft elastic waistband, side pockets, and a relaxed fit, they offer freedom of movement and all-day comfort without plastics or restriction.
Style Tip
Pair the Sauna Shorts with our Sauna Tee for a naturally breathable sauna-day set that transitions easily into recovery, lounging, or light movement.

I purchased these shorts for the material reasons of wearing something non toxic while sweating. The material is indeed good quality wool, but I'm not receiving the benefits of it, and I regret spending almost $200 on these.
I use a public, co-ed sauna, where I cannot enter in just a towel, I have to wear shorts. I typically wear a bathing suit but figured that wasn't a good material to be sweating into and opted to buy these shorts. As a male, you cannot wear these shorts into a public sauna alone. For obvious reasons, if you are not wearing underwear, the fit of these are not appropriate for public. I have to wear underwear under them, which defeats the purpose of buying the better material because I'm just sweating in my cotton underwear covered by the wool shorts. And even with the underwear, I am still uncomfortable with the fit of these shorts in public.
They are good quality, but unless you are in a private sauna, which in that case I would just wear only a towel, these shorts are not worth the price.
