I wanted to wait until our first night in the sauna with our new heater to write a review. It was fabulous! After letting the heater run for an hour or so, it was an amazingly enjoyable experience. Installing the heater did not require an "engineer". It took seconds to light the fire, as the rocks in the box heated up quickly. Add a few drops of scented oil on the to add to an exceptional experience! We could not be happier with our North Shore Heater.

I’m impressed. We got this to heat a barrel sauna that was given to us. I couldn’t get power to it so a stove was the best solution. I went with this one because it fits traditional wood lengths (we also have a wood stove for our home so I wanted a stove that could use the wood size I already have, 17”). It’s also stainless, light, and with the narrow foot print it fits perfectly in our small sauna.
It’s easy to start and get going. For us we’re up to 190-200 in under 30 mins with only a few small pieces of wood. You do have to get used to adjusting the chimney flue to control the flame. It will take a little getting used to dialing it in so you don’t get smoke back but still have a good even burn.
I’m m very impressed with the build. A really quality stove even at a higher price point.

I have been using my North Shore Sauna Nova 4 almost daily for a month, and this stove has been great. Easy air and vent control, heats up fast, and provides consistent heat. Definitely very happy with my purchase!

This stove is impressive. Easily heats our Nova 4 to 100C and then some. Easy to assemble, high quality and HOT. Awesome.
