Purchasing my rain cover and picking it up was very easy using the tools on the website. The design of the cover fits extremely well, and appears to add to the sauna experience by providing another heat trapping layer.

Worth every penny. I’ve used it at least twice a week for the last 4 months.

In zero degree weather this stove can easily heat to 180 degrees in 35 -40 minutes. It has worked perfect for us for 6 months and we fire it up multiple times per week.

I have tried multiple sauna hats and this is the softest and most comfortable. My wife puts her hair up underneath and loves it too!

We bought this after our initial sauna purchase. Originally we figured we could use a random bucket and ladle or scoop we already had. Which we certainly could have lived with. The biggest advantage to this set is the bamboo handles. The buckets and ladles we already had have metal handles, which get pretty hot in the sauna. The bamboo doesn’t get hot and isn’t impacted by sweaty hands. Definitely a worthy upgrade!

Bought this for my wife as a present, as she tended to overheat or feel uncomfortable in her bathing suit while using our Novo 4. She loves it - great temp regulation, feels lovely and looks nice. It is her go-to item every time we sauna.

My sauna tent has been used almost daily for two months - very well made, gets to recommended temperature quickly, even in negative degree weather in Vermont. And great customer service too!

I purchased our North Shore Nova 4 sauna tent at the beginning of last summer (2025), and we’ve used it every single week since—most weeks 3–5 times per week. Let me tell you… this thing gets HOT.

I’ve had it well over 220°F in the summer and over 200°F in the winter, typically averaging 180–200°F even during an Ohio winter.

In terms of durability, the only noticeable wear so far has been the black fabric fading to gray from constant sun exposure and a few small tears in the rain cover screen. Other than that, it has held up to everything Ohio weather has thrown at it.

It’s been the perfect complement to our cold plunge. My wife and I are runners, and this sauna has become our go-to recovery space—truly our happy place.

The six person sauna seems like the right choice for Minnesota’s cold climate. In these troubling times it’s nice to get away from the TV and relax in a sauna. Easy to setup and use. I was able to get wood through a “buy nothing” Facebook site and added solar lights from night use.

I’m very impressed with the quality of the tent and stove, with the quality of the tent I expect it to last. I’m also very impressed with how hot the tent gets, would definitely recommend!

We are so pleased with the start of our sauna experience. the product was delivered well before the suggested time. Wow! Assembly was painless, and our inital burn went well.

It seems alittle hard to get open for one person. Mabe because it's cold out. Otherwise great sauna,alot of heat. It rivals the wood sauna i grew up on. I would recommend it to anyone

A friend brought their NorthShore tent sauna down to the dunes at the Oregon coast and threw it up in minutes- in the campground on the asphalt. That was the best thing we've ever experienced and promptly bought our own. We leave it set up at home and take no less than 3 saunas a week! It brings the family together- kids and all! Gives us something to on these cold winter nights. Seriously the best purchase we've made! My husband built a raised 'floor' out of 2x4s so the water would have somewhere to go when things started freezing- we didnt want the tent freezing to the ground.
